1) Entrance is strictly limited to people over 18 years old, in possession of their id-card, and off course a valid ticket to the festival. In case of doubt this people will be asked to prove their age and identity. Legitimation obliged until the age of 21.
2) The organizer has the right to refuse entrance, without any explanation
3) The ticket shows the date on which it is valid. This cannot be changed.
4) Tickets to a masterclass are not valid as an entrance ticket.
5) This festival is organised to let you discover the world of whisky, rum, cognac, calvados, armagnac, …
It is ment to provide the opportunity to discover, nose and taste, and learn a lot about spirits, not to let people drink large amounts of alcoholic drinks.
The organizer has the right to (wether or not after giving a warning) decline access tot the festival when the visitor or exhibitor shows any signs of intoxication. Hereby we mean:
a) Being under influence and thus forming any danger or inconvenience for other visitors, for yourself or the exhibitors.
b) Being violent, threaten others with violence, and/or committing crimes in any sense.
c) Not following instructions given by the organizer.
6) The Dram is the only currency on the festival. One Dram equals one Euro. Drams are available at the desk at the entrance.
7) During the festival the organizer will try to protect all people and their goods. The organisation is not responsible in following cases::
a) in every case caused by third parties being under the influence of alcohol or other toxic drugs, this seen in the broadest meaning of the sentence.
b) damage done to goods or people, in the broadest menaing of the sentence, caused by no matter who or what.
c) in the case of transactions between visitors, exhibitors, in any meaning of the sentence.
